Class Cancellation by Sri Veena Narthana Shaale:

– Sri Veena Narthana Shaale reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unavailability or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

Participant Cancellation:

– If a participant needs to cancel their enrollment in a class or workshop, the following guidelines apply:

– Cancellations made 3 days prior to the start date of the event or workshop will be eligible for a full refund.

– Cancellations made anytime when 3 days are left for the event / workshop date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing:

– Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of the cancellation request, and the amount refunded will be the original payment minus any applicable fees.
